This applies to all versions of CE, and also custom undetectable versions, from what I can tell! 

Someone brought this to my attention thinking they were being asked to pay something to use CE, but don't worry!  It's not real.  LOL!  Apparently CE has a built in April 1st joke.  Again, it's NOT REAL!  It's an April Fools joke that happens on April 1st.  Here's a thread from CE forums talking about it: https://www.cheatengine.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=588923&sid=910eef79941d27f180eeece233d8b3d5
