BluntMachete415 Posted March 26 Posted March 26 Every time I open Sound Editor it tells me update 2.2.0.0 is available. Yet, when I go to update and it starts extracting I always get an error that atieclxx.exe is still open using the Sound Editor file and that I must manually close it and try again. I'm new to PC gaming and modding, but have looked up every method I can to try and resolve the issue. I used Windows Sysinternal Suite Process Explorer to find the process, it says it is zipextractor.exe, and manually kill it, but it also closes Sound Editor and makes me restart the process again. Also saw that atieclxx.exe is a process associated with AMD graphics card, and that removing it could cause system issues. Sound Editor works fine, except I have no voice-model options to choose from in TTS Generator. So, I thought updating would fix that. Unfortunately, I can't update. Any help is greatly appreciated. ronaldrio Posted October 16 Posted October 16 I think you can try temporarily disabling the AMD Radeon Software before updating Sound Editor. You can do this by right-clicking on the AMD Radeon Software icon in the system tray and selecting "Exit" or "Close" to shut down the application temporarily while you update Sound Editor. Quote
