2K Stolen my save game/ I lost my save game in WWE 2k18

Hey, I was playing WWE 2k18 a couple of years ago, had a lot of wrestlers from CC and was created by myself, in summer 2023 I played WWE 2k16 Showcase Austin 3:16, it made me think of WWE 2k18 because I had fun there in the attitude era in universe mode. But when I went in to do a bit of snoozing, I was greeted with infinite sync. I still didn't get the result, I wrote 2K, support, and was waiting for the letter, but without waiting I continued to live and play something else. The other day I remembered, wrote a letter to 2K again. To which I received an answer that the servers have been lying around for a long time and my save game is also there. It turns out that I didn't buy the game, but the subscription for the season. I wonder if you have had one? Can something be done about it? Have all my saves been trashed forever?
