Program appears to be open on taskbar but won't open.

Everything was running well for a week, created some more caw and when i tried opening the app to add a new theme the program appears to be open but is not visible. I already tried to maximize , refresh and other options but nothing works. 

I even uninstalled the game and the app together but nothing seems to solve the issue.
