Club UK lighting effects and contrast. Anybody know about it? I'm hoping to apply that lighting and contrast to other arenas.

Anyone know the deal with the nice looking lighting and contrast in Club UK?  Is that a screen filter?  I can't seem to find the screen filter that matches it when I change an arena's filter.  Is it a lighting option that is somewhere in the creation suite or anything?  Just looking for a place to start digging so I can apply this lighting and contrast to other arenas.
