Unlocker for placeholder mod

UPDATE: I figured it out! I had to download the V2.8

Hello! I had begun to look into the placeholder mod. I noticed that "Undertaker'10" is locked, and when you click on him, it goes to the store (In which he is not it) I am unsure how to "unlock" him. I check the CharProfileTable.Roster.json file, and the CharacterMapping.json file. I am unsure where I would have to go to be able to use him.
