Wwe 2k20 Gameplay slow motion issue xbox one

Hello, I hope there are still people playing WWE 2k20, since last year the game has been slow when playing any fight, I restarted my console, deleted the cache, deleted the saved game data, deleted it and reinstalled it but the problem is not resolved. problem, when I'm in the menu everything goes well but I notice that the audio gets stuck a little and when I play the inputs go well although it seems that the character is getting stuck a little and when the inputs end the combat begins that's when everything goes slow, I hope you can help me with this problem since I would like to continue playing, thank you for reading and I await your response.
