Unable to unlock additional attire slots

Hi, I have added attires to other Real in game characters, but for some reason i can't unlock additional attires for The Rock 01 and Triple H 01, i install the pac. files in CCT, But when i go in game it just shows default attires, any ideas? i have searched on the forum but couldnt find anything
