How to mod Stage GFX?

Okay, so I am new to modding in the WWE 2K series, but I have caught on how to do alot of things fairly quickly.

What I am trying to figure out now is how to mod Stage GFX.    I always see the template used, but I have no idea how they divided it up in those pieces that are shown (such as for the stage, posts, side screens, etec)?   Is there a program that is used to do this?   

I know how to bink MP4s to get them into the game for titanrons and stuff, but I am try to figure out how to mod the stage so I can start creating some and possibly sharing them if they turn out decent enough. 

Any help is appreciated.
