game keeps crashing in edit superstar after installing mods through CT

i tried to install a kenny omega mod with cheat engine using this method (https://youtu.be/R03P6345uPA), following his step by step process, i open the game with CT running, i paste the pofo and moveset onto the memory viewer only for the game to crash while trying to open up edit superstar. any tips?
