None of the modded content that I installed using the Mod Injector tool and/or CakeTools is working. I don't know what I'm doing wrong

I've followed multiple tutorials step-by-step but nothing seems to work. So far I've tried to download a bunch of updated attires/character models along with a Backlash 2023 arena, however, none of them are appearing in game. I've tried baking each mod folder individually and baking the entire mods folder all at once but my mods never appear in-game. If anyone can offer some insight as to what is happening it would be greatly appreciated.
