do you think it could be possible to change the red stage in the no mercy areana to blue so it is like this years areana. the stages are exactly the same except last years was red.

We have codes to paste one arena over another, but not to actually change the appearance of a specific arena. I'm sure it's possible, but this game isn't like WWF No Mercy for the N64, where, with a little bit of hacking knowledge and a lot of patience, you could practically do anything you wanted to the game engine. With Chillalex's CAW tool, you can now pretty much create any CAW you want, barring the possibility of him/her/it needing more than four gear items. However, there is usually a way to work around that.

For example, I'd like to create a few kaiju CAWs (kaiju is the Japanese word for monster), such as Godzilla, Gigan, and Destoroyah. Certain characters, such as King Ghidorah, wouldn't be possible, due to the fact that you can't exactly give a character three heads...or can you?

To create King Ghidorah (or even Mecha-King Ghidorah), I could possibly modify the arms to look like heads. The best way to achieve the look of Ghidorah having three heads is to use the Praying Mantis stance, but most grapple moves and striking moves would look a little weird.
