I am replacing Axiom with Jon Moxley, and it says he is a cruiserweight. In reality Mox is not a cruiser. Is there a way to get into the files and change these things?

This page has two tools, one that the title names, the other edits weight class. Keep an eye on it to update (currently at v1.09) to do it the easy way.

In order to do it manually, you'll need to use cheat engine and edit the character's pofo, specifically byte 44.

For the given values of byte 44, the given weight classes are assigned:

00 = Cruiser
01 = Light Heavyweight
02 = Heavyweight
03 = Super Heavyweight
04 = ULTRA Heavyweight (Hidden maximum weight class, but it will have a blank name and sometimes on some roster lists as you scroll through characters it might mistakenly show up as the wrong weight class instead of being blank, but don't worry if that happens, it still works)

For more help on editing the pofo, see here:

It does not allow me to check the box that says "Activate Weight Class Reader" I double click it, and nothing happens. No check mark or anything

Yeah if you're on 1.11 patch it won't work since I haven't posted the updated weight class reader yet.  Got a lot on my plate, but it's coming.  :)
