MyGM mods?

Hey all - new to the modding world for these games. I have experience when it comes to an old racing game (nr2003) and the ability to build tracks, edit some of the signage, edit load screens and such. I also know some of the great modders were able to create new series, adjust horsepower and aero, and all of those things, so I've seen what great modding can do.

The big thing that I'm curious about for this game is any ability to mod the MyGM mode? Anything that can be done with intelligence, the limited number of tweets post-show that just continue to be recycled, match types/ability to defend titles on expanded match types, etc.

Please let me know if this has been figured out yet, even possible, or if there's a good resource for this.
