SvR 2008 need help reverting texture to pac files and back to ps2 iso file

I have used Xpacker to extract torrie wilson pac files (4201) and extracted the 09 pac files to reveal character texture. I removed the tor_leg_acc1 and tor_leg_acc2 as i wanted the leg accessory removed as part of my editing. As of current, i dont know how to pack texture back to pac file 09 and to pac file 4201. Also i dont know how pack the all files back to the ps2 file. I looked at lots of tutorials but dont understand. I will be truly grateful if someone can help me out.

The texture are in tm2 and txc file. I would like to put these files in to cha4201 pac and everything back to iso files.
