Is there a File Extractor for 2K23?

Been googling for the past 30 minutes but I only find outdated info and outdated tools that haven't worked in a few years.

 

All I want to do is extract the titantron Bik video files. But I haven't been able to do this since 2K20. Can anyone point me to a working extraction tool please?

I downloaded caketools_0.9a_p1.12 and I tried to open various Cak files in the game folder ---> Cannot open file; unknown error.

Do these need to be placed inside the directory somewhere? What am I doing wrong?
