Step-by-Step Process for changing wrestler's POFO? (gender specifically)

Can anyone just post a step-by-step video for changing the gender of wrestlers, particularly CAW's? 

I can't find it anywhere online and the "tutorials" on here are AIDS-inducing links to files that only work for 2k22 or earlier.

I know I'm not a seasoned veteran of coding/programming, but none of the content on this site has helped me mod the characters needed.

I think it causes problems to change CAW's gender. On the thread linked above, you can find individualized pofo files for each superstar. You can open them with a hex editor, like HxD, and copy them into cheatengine and find the desired superstar's pofo, and edit bytes as needed.

Again, I don't think you;dd have good results gender swapping a CAW, but you could find the caw slots by backtracking from the Rock, hes slot 100, caws start at slot 0, each slot is 712 bytes, so the first caw (slot 00) starts 71200 bytes before the Rock, the second caw (slot 01) starts 70488 bytes before the rock, etc.
