"Unlock" the unlocked everything

I managed to edit the unlock everything cheat table from 2k22 and it works but right now, a lot of the characters have that little lock insignia on them so while I can play as them in exhibition I cant edit their movesets or attires because it'll just send me to the screen where you unlock the legends and whatnot

is there a cheat table to get around this in 22 that could similarly be used here?
