No, but most people that made those wrestlers in 2K22 will remake them in 2K23 since they would still have all the images they used before.

Unfortunately, you can't directly import CAWs from 2K22 to 2K23. It's a bummer when you've put in all that effort creating awesome characters! You'll likely need to recreate them in 2K23 if you want to use them in the new game.
