I'm working on a mod and I can't export in blender

I'm using the io_scene_mdl2022 script that's on the pwm patreonY47WTlP.png

ive tried using that and it still gives the same error

The latest update had only updated scripts, some pre-reqs are in the older post. Probably you are missing that
