Missing move in Create-a-Moveset? [PC]

Hi guys.

 

There appears to be a missing move within Create-a-moveset: Grounded Headlock 2.

 

I've verified game files on Steam, so curious to see if it's a genuine game bug.

 

Could someone with 2K22 on PC go through the steps below and confirm if they get the same result please?

 

Steps to recreate:

1. Select "Create-a-Moveset"
2. Select any character
3. Go to either "Signature" or "Finisher"
4. Scroll down to "Grounded Headlock 2"
5. Select "Practice play"
6. Try to perform the move

 

If the game is bugged, you won't be able to perform the move. It also won't appear under any other move menu within Create-a-Moveset

yeah its bugged i noticed when it shows the move being performed it seems to be a sitting move but 
under the information it says standing front i don't know if this can be altered or not but that could be why
