After the 1.20's patch the game crash in "Edit a CAS" mode.... do you have some tip for me guys?

Are you trying to edit modded characters or default characters? It could be a bad mod that has CAS parts edited that is crashing the whole suite.  You could try to remove a few mods at a time from your folder to see if that fixes it.
