How to edit title belt prop pac files in wwe 2k19 pc?

I want to change the new ugly wwe logo with the scratch logo on the United States championship. I have found the belt intro movie file in wwe 2k15 with the scratch logo but cannot find a prop pac file for the US title I'm looking for, so is there a way to edit the one in the game (I don't mean creating a new title, their belt intro movies areterrible)
