Does anybody have the old mod that allows the weapon wheel to work in normal 1v1 matches?

I want to find the old mod that blindedbygrace put out that allows the weapon wheel to appear in normal 1v1 matches. I know that it is supposedly glitchy but I just want to try it out anyway. can anyone tell me where I can find this or at least how I could change the match rules with say wrestleminus or something like that to unlock that weapon wheel in normal 1v1 matches. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
