the patcher for 1.19 is breaking my game

whenever i install the new patcher for 1.19 on windows 11. the game starts to load than never loads. when i go to verify the files it updates one file and than can open again. but i have to reinstall the patcher so none of my mods are working. has anyone had this happen before or know a way to fix this i cant seem to figure out whats going on i have tried different patchers also. its like its deleting a file but it shouldnt be.

if i use patcher 1.18 it works fine but no mods work so i need 1.19 but everytime i run that patcher it breaks like wtf is going on

Same problem game won't start if you apply the latest patch only without patch does it work. Can't find a fix.
