Problem with Meta and saving profile information

Recommended Posts

I'm getting some strange behavior with Meta. I wanted to change the announcer id and social media name on a couple of wrestlers I previously injected. I edited the prof files, reinjected them and saved. The new info showed up for the first match before I exited the game. But once I restarted all the commentary and social media tags reverted back to what they originally were. It seems like the profile information never really saved.  I'm not sure why since I took the same steps as before.  Run game, prime memory, inject prof, edit any superstar and save. If anyone can help me with this I'd greatly appreciate it.

You need to change it on the roster file itself.  If you click on the roster file and find your mod and click the slot you injected it in, you should see the string name and commentary ID numbers to the right. Change it there and hit save, rebake.  When the game loads, it reads the profile information from the roster file so when you just inject the profile without fixing it on the slot, the data just reverts.

I have different issue. I can no longer inject anything. I get an error. It was working fine and then all of a sudden it stopped working. I can fix it onto the slots, but the injecting the nformation fails.Screenshot-20221227-092920.png
