Mods are working on and off , what do i do ?

So i bought wwe 2k22 last month and tried to mod using caketools, didn't work but a month later the menu is suddenly an aew menu ( that i tried modding but didn't work before ) and all the gfxs i installed worked also the game kept wanting to upgrade the wwe live thing but when i restarted the game the mods don't work anymore , what is going on ????
