Resetting all pofos without destroying my save file(for downloaded CAWs/Belts/Arenas?

Hi all, is it possible for me to do a quick reset all of my pofos to the default settings? I'd like to keep my save file mainly intact for the CAWS/belts/arenas, but I'm willing to sacrifice it if there are no other options.
