Making Mods of Uniform Arenas

I'm new to Mods and using the PC version of 2K19, but a project I'm interested in starting is making a bunch of Modded Arenas that follow a simple formula.

I want to take the Backlash 2018 arena as a base, and replace all the stage graphics/ring aprons/announcer's table covers/billboards/rope colors/lighting color etc with assets for different shows. The stage graphics don't need to be animated, I'm OK with them being static. The Turnbuckles can stay the same (modern WWE logo with red underscore). The physical set and placement of objects don't need to change, I want them to be the same.

What sort of programs and/or guides should I look into for this?

Also is it wise to download the "2K15-2K20 Arena Port" mod from PWM? I hear that gives you more arena slots right?
