Where is/what is the commentary ID in Sound Editor?

I want to lift a sound byte from Graves about a certain wrestler for a video project, I am working on.  I know it is one of the lines.pck but there is 16 of them. There is an ID, and Offset and a Target...but none of those numbers seem to match up to what the commentary ID in the POFO is... please help.
