Removing fancy entance name image

Has anyone discovered a way to remove the entrance name images for superstars like the ones in Retribution and just have the standard name display for the arena? I've modded Kurt Angle over T-Bar and have not seen a tutorial or found any information on how to remove T-Bar's entrance name. I've changed all instances of T-Bar's name to Kurt Angle, but his entrance still shows the T-Bar/Retribution graphic.

The only tip I have is to look around the UI section of the cak files to try find a graphic for it. That, or replace someone else (like 2009 Dolph Ziggler, one of the FOUR Mysterios or something to this effect).
