why is the game so sluggish?

I have PC with    Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10750H CPU @ 2.60GHz, 2592 Mhz, 6 Core(s), 12 Logical Processor(s).  I have 16 gigs of RAM.  I have an additional 2 gigs of RAM in my Graphics card. WWE2K22 plays fine... but for some reason if with the graphics settings set at thier lowest... 2k19 is very sluggish?  I only got it for modding.... Is it the mods slowing it down?  what gives?

1) You don't have "2GB additional RAM with your GFX card". lol, Whena  GFX card says "2GB RAM" that means video ram. Used only exclusively by the video card.

Regardless of that fact, your PC is perfectly capable of 19 but you probably should get a card with 4GB VRAM

 

The thing you didn't think about was how shit 19 is optimization wise. Switch to 22 , installing mods is easier, the game is better, and it runs perfectly fine. Has lots of GFX options too.
