[RESOLVED] What Data Is In The "misc01_start_p30" File?

Sorry for creating a 2nd topic in as many days, but just about to wrap up transitioning to a new PC. 

I tried Googling and searching here in the forum, but no dice.

After transitioning to this new system, when trying to access the attire unlocker in Data Editor, I get a pop up that says my file is either no longer compatible or I'm attempting a reinstall and it will overwrite the file. Will I be breaking anything else besides alt attires and renders when I overwrite it? 

 

EDIT: Resolved. Apparently this pop up can also appear when you have a permissions issue. Running the program as administrator resolved this. :)
