"File 0 conversion to wem failed

Please I need help with this, when I installed the sound editor I followed all the steps and it worked, but without warning one day it stopped working and I got this error "Error converting file 0 to wem. I don't know what to do, i tried everything i checked if the wwise was correct i installed and uninstalled the sound editor again and again and nothing works please help
