How to "modify" the "root files" in .txt format for an arena

So, I recently downloaded this aew arena for 2k19, I copied the PAC folder to the game directory, and everything's fine, except, the wrestlers go through the stage and the ring post and apron still shows main event logo... 

Now I know it's because I haven't "edited" the root files given in .txt format. 

The instructions document says to edit them in wrestleMinus but I have no idea how to do that. 

So, if anyone can help me out here, it'd be much appreciated.
