help with DXT5 DDS

hi, i was changing the apron logos from RAW 2003 arena, and the image is in format DDS, DXT5 interpolated alpha,mip maps 11, i save the image and when i try replace the dds file on 0190 file i get same file size error, i saw bot images the original and mine edited and i saw a 2 in the original, but a 4 in mine, what im doing bad? i hope can help me
