Celebrating TV-14 return mod please

Would really like someone to do a blood mod stages that reaches the body like older games to celebrate the new era of tv-14 , I mean look at this video here from 2k19 

The blood looks amazing and it would look even better if someone did that in 2k22 ... if I could only know how to mod I would definitely try doing it

TV-14 doesn't mean they're gonna blade again, ya'll are weird. They stopped blading because it's dangerous and unhealthy.
