Hex editing?

i know this will probably never get a reply but

could anyone link me a tut on how to hex edit my save to unlock NPC's 

im on 360 and i searched for a good hour and couldnt find a tutorial 

if anyone can help thanks

I know how to do it, The only thing that i'm missing is to rebuild the save file without being corrupted so if you know that I hope we can complete our knowledge 😂
