danbucks
Hello all, I’m fairly new to modding 2k19 but have found the countless threads, tutorials and wiki here to be endlessly helpful and I appreciate it to no end, however I’ve encountered an issue which I can’t seem to find a resolution for on the board. I’ve been using CCT to add unused superstars to my universe by their assigned slots and it’s been working great; I’ve got a bunch of people (back) in the game with their proper music and titantrons and it’s AMAZING! My issue, though, is with tag teams. I’ve added in some old school tags like the new age outlaws, APA, Road warriors and Dudley Boyz. I set them up in my universe in game with no issues until I reached the Dudleys. For some reason, I can’t add D-Von to the team without deleting the Road Warriors team first, and if I do that and then create the Dudley Boyz, I then can’t add Hawk to the Road Warriors. It’s like they’re somehow overlapping in the team selection and as soon as Hawk is in a team the game thinks D-Von is in the team, or vice versa. As I say, I’ve been assigning them all to their allocated slots in CCT so I’m not sure how/why this overlap has occurred but I’m hopeful one of the experts here can point out where I’m going wrong. I’ve spent a few days modding already and I’m soooooo excited about having a universe with all the superstars in but I can’t do that without creating the proper tag teams too! Thanks in advance for any help or advice, I really appreciate anyone taking the time to help me out! detourne
The problem is probably that Hawk and D-Von are sharing the same ring announcer call name. While you are in-game, alt-tab to CCT and right click on one of them to edit their pofo in Data Editor. You'll have to change which slot is being referred to in the announcer settings. then save the new pofo and import it again into both the superstars and universe. 1

That was exactly it, Hawk was set to use D-Von Dudley as a commentary name. Thank you so so much!! danbucks
So fixing this has caused another issue lol I can make the teams fine now, including their entrances, but when I try to edit the victory motions for The Dudley Boyz, it takes me to edit the solo victory motions for D-von. Same thing happens when I try to edit to Road Warriors victory motions too

If not, I'd suggest to make the .pofo and .moveset files for each of the affected wrestlers from scratch (be sure to set all unique IDs for each wrestler properly) using Data Editor and see if that helps.
