Can you still access Community Creations?

The servers of this game are still up, expect for Community Creations. If you try to access it, you'll get an error. Why is that, and is it still possible to access the Community Creations at all?

Matchmaking runs for the SvR games via peer to peer connection and Community Creations obviously were with servers, but they got taken down a long time ago.
