Could someone explain this phenomenon?

Hi, this is technically not a game bug since there's no real problem.  So when I moved the game from E drive (300gb space) to F drive (80gb space) in steam, the fulscreen showed only 3/4th of the game screen.. but when I moved it back to E drive,  I could see the whole screen in fullscreen mode again.. can anyone explain this phenomenon?

Odd. Are you using DPI scaling in Windows, by any chance and have changed the compatibility options for the game's .exe to compensate for it? If you move the .exe to a new location, you'll have to set that again.
I can't think of anything else that could be causing such a thing right now.
