In which folder do the .moveset files go?

Hello community. I need to know in which folder the .moveset files go. All this is because I'm learning to install mods on the PS4 version and here I can't use the tools so everything has to be done manually. How would be the way to install Bobby Lashley's moveset for example? Bobby Lashley 133.moveset

Those files are not placed in the game's folders. They contain data which is injected into memory when the game is running.
