What's "mid match rumble mode" on WrestlePlus?

In options > advanced.  There's a check box for a "mid match rumble mode".  What's that do, and how do ya use it?

 

Also, there's a section in the match mod options while setting up a match that says something like "Pester me to finish this" and allows a number to be inputted into it.  What's the field do as is?  Anything at all?
