Which category contains all moves?

Is there a category in Create a Moveset that contains all existing moves?

I would like to just look through one category at a time and mark the moves I want as favorites.

So I always have to look through and select all the moves in each category, but since there are a lot of categories and a lot of moves and not every move to choose from, it's always a lot of work for me.

I think the finishers should have all the moves to choose from, but I'm not sure.

some moves aren't selectable as finishers so you'd need to go through the sections individually
