How do I make face textures?

Find picture online, preferably high resolution, no hair obscuring the face and without too much lighting or specularity in the face. 

Download it

Edit it in Photoshop (remove the eyes and rest of the picture except the face itself. So you have a transparent picture and the face) this way if it's a bit misaligned, you won't have eye texture popping up somewhere on the model.

Save it as a PNG with transparency
