If you had 2K22 and opened it's main directory, there's only one folder, which is labelled "sound". Anything else that used to have its own folder in 2K19 is an encrypted .cak file. So no, evt files would not work the same as they did in 2K19. I'm sure once tools come out publicly, we'll be able to inject trons and whatnot like we could before, just maybe under a different file type or something.
