Yes, the changes saved before the 1.09 patch but now they revert back. I keep a text file with managers I want to unlock, i.e. Scarlett and Michael Cole and have to manually change them from 03 to 01 every reboot. Dx

I think it saves gender changes just not unlocking the NPCs... For that you can just use CheatEngine tick and unlock all at once.

I clicked "All Characters Available" here:

And it made all characters (including some junk and unfinished ones) playable, keeping my older gender changes intact, so Michael Cole was female and Scarlett male. But have to click that every time you start the game.

Hrm, so you can almost "fight" in intergender fights..
But you have to dodge everytime before a grapple or a strike..
That's sad but oh well..
Every single year.. they find a new way to block intergender fights

To change ther gender, you need to make a search for "Array of byte"

then you chose the first addrses, right click and "browse this memory region"

You will see the the array of bytes, for example Bayley shuld look like this:

yo need to change the 01 (female) after the last 00 00 00 to 00(male). so it look likes this:

To make Alexa Bliss and Scarlet playable, you need to change the first number after ther array to 01, should look this:

Quick question - I made a bunch of changes and since they've done the update, it has basically locked in my changes... If I change some of the women back to being women, when I reload the game, it reverts back to them being men.

I deleted the game and re-installed thinking that might reset everything but it hasn't. Does anyone know what file we're actually editing with Cheat Engine? 
 

edit: sorted it. Had to delete the save data and it’s reset now.
