How to change time of day?

Pretty straightforward, is there a way to change the time of day? As of now I can't play with evening or night lighting in outdoor arenas despite having the chance to select the time of day when creating an arena. Am I missing the setting?

I already don't understand why I can't make a WM30 arena in a closed stadium, it's sad having to play every match with day light
