Are Cross-platform Creations actually working?

Has anybody gotten the much-touted new feature of cross-platform creations to work properly? I can't seem to get them to work.

I have them enabled in the Online options on all platforms, but I can't seem to find my creations. I have linked the Xbox Series, Xbox One and Steam versions to the same 2k account.

I've uploaded a bunch of Superstars that I created on the Xbox Series X version and wanted to download it on my PC version, but when I search with the exact hashtags, nothing shows up (they show up fine when I search for them with said hashtags on the platform I uploaded them on).

I also can't find my Xbox Series X or Steam creations on my Xbox One, I can't find my Xbox One or Steam creations on Xbox Series X and I can't find my Xbox Series X or Xbox One version on Steam. So basically.

I also had my friend who has the Steam PC version as well search for my creations on Steam and he could only find the ones I uploaded on Steam (he also has cross-platform creations enabled in the options and his 2k account linked).

Is there anything I'm missing? If anybody has been able to get cross-platform creations to work, would you be so kind and share which steps you undertook in order for it to work?

Edit: I see they seem to work, just not when they are from a user that has the game on multiple platforms.

when you open the game, it asks you to connect to your 2k account. then the cross platform shit will work.

Haven't tested it, but i've seen some creations with a steam logo bellow it and some without. So I assume it works.

Also during early access, the very first day I saw 100s of creations which is usually not the case on PC. So I guess it works.

Yes, I specifically searched for a CC from a PS5 creator off of Reddit and was able to download it on PC.

Yes I was actually was able to download one of Defract's caws I believe he's on PS5 but it worked successfully
