Game won't launch

so i bought the deluxe edition from steam yesterday, when i try to start the game i can see it active for a few seconds in steam interface but it just not launching. how can i fix this?

 i updated my graphic card driver and no effect.

i just learned that i don't have the required specs. this is the first time i couldn't run a game because of that lol.
